The sauce complemented the meat in all the right ways. We ordered five items and they were all top shelf. It appears that it's sliced and maybe recooked on a flat top making it slightly dry?

I wish I could eat Nomad every day!! We both immediately tried the pastrami and regretted ordering the burger.

I knew the experience was going to be exceptional when I was greeted enthusiastically by a young woman behind the register.

The brussels with kimchi is good but I wish the portion was larger. First and foremost, the kimchi brussel sprouts are amazing and a must order! And just when you thought what could be better than this. They were a great side to split with our sandwiches. The pastrami was really solid, but they didn't toast the bread which threw me off. The pastrami and poutine were a bit too salt; missed the mark for us.
