How do we start to say how much John (and Mary) have meant to us over the last 48 years? John, Doug Zimmerman and I spent many Saturdays and Sundays together catching kingfish (and anything else that would bite) from the Freeport Jetties to the A1A and everywhere in between. He married his high school sweetheart, Sharon, on December 17, 1967 after returning home from boot camp as a Marine.
