What you are seeing is an authorization on your card, not a charge. One example being I bought a jacket on Tuesday evening sold and dispatched by the seller I bought it from (so again not FBA) and it was marked as preparing for dispatch minutes later… But the seller didn’t actually dispatch the item until Thursday. Amazon overseas number seems down, not able to connect.
